Infrastructure, automated from commit to cluster.
I’m Denis Golkov. After 12+ years running servers, networks and cloud migrations, I build CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes platforms on AWS.

About
I’m an infrastructure professional with working knowledge of server virtualization, public cloud (AWS) and networking. I deliver complex infrastructure projects that need cross-team coordination and tight deadlines.
I started in help desk and grew through data-center operations, domain services and cloud migration. In 2024–2025 I completed a DevOps course at INT College, where I built the projects below.
Projects
Volunteer website: wiseaesthetic.net
A website I designed and built as a volunteer project. The source is stored on GitHub and the site is live.
Jenkins Configuration as Code
End-to-end automation of a CI/CD platform: Jenkins configured as code with JCasC and run in Docker, pipeline jobs provisioned automatically from Jenkins DSL, and Kubernetes clusters built from scratch on AWS EC2.
TPP: SSL and domain monitoring
An application that watches SSL certificates and domain liveness. Python Flask with multithreading and internal queues for fast, concurrent checks. Front end in pure HTML, CSS and JS.
Highly available web tier on AWS with Terraform
A fault-tolerant web server stack defined as code in eu-north-1: an Application Load Balancer in front of an Auto Scaling Group spread across two availability zones, built from launch templates. Updates roll out with no downtime using create_before_destroy and ELB health checks.
Exchange migration to the cloud
Migrated corporate Exchange services and mailboxes to the cloud in a highly complex project. Reliability improved and operational costs fell by about 30%.
